The amount of cashback varies depending on the store, offer, promotion, or campaign.
Cashback will be credited to your Evritinmart Affiliate account after the purchase has been verified by the affiliate partner.
Verification may take between 30 and 90 days depending on the merchant.
Cashback is only applicable to completed, non-returned, and non-cancelled orders.
Cashback remains subject to approval by the affiliate partner or merchant.
We are not responsible for delays, tracking failures, or cashback denials by affiliate partners.

3. Account & Payouts

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account.
Payout requests may be submitted once your balance reaches the minimum withdrawal threshold of 200 Points = $10 USD.
Available payout methods include Bank Transfer, PayPal, and USDT.
All transfer fees, processing fees, and payment charges shall be borne by the user.
You are responsible for providing accurate payment information.
We are not liable for failed or misdirected payments resulting from incorrect information provided by the user.
We reserve the right to withhold, adjust, or reverse cashback balances if fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Affiliate Relationships

Evritinmart Affiliates works with third-party affiliate networks, merchants, and service providers.
We do not own, control, or manage the products and services offered by these third parties.
We are not responsible for the quality, availability, legality, accuracy, safety, or performance of any products or services purchased from third-party merchants.
Any disputes regarding purchases, refunds, shipping, warranties, or customer service must be resolved directly with the merchant involved.

5. Limitations of Liability

We do not guarantee cashback on every transaction.
We are not responsible for technical issues, website downtime, tracking failures, browser settings, ad blockers, or affiliate network errors.
We are not liable for any loss of earnings resulting from rejected cashback claims, cancelled orders, returned products, or merchant policy changes.
Our total liability shall be limited to the amount of cashback earned and approved in your account.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activities, abused our services, or otherwise misused the platform.

7. Modifications

We may update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
